1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using High Drip Limited's website, products, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and specifications for all products on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by High Drip is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product specifications and availability are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to confirmation and stock availability.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to discontinue any product at any time. Prices and availability are confirmed at the time of order placement.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes specified during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. High Drip Limited is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other factors beyond our control.

You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if changes are needed.

5. Payment

Payment is required before order fulfillment. We accept bank transfers, online payments via Paystack, and cash payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your account.

Payment information is processed securely. We do not store credit card information on our servers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customized or installed systems cannot be returned once work has commenced.

7. Warranties

Products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in the product documentation. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, HIGH DRIP LIMITED MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ITS PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

8. Installation Services

Installation services are offered by qualified technicians at agreed rates. The customer is responsible for providing access to the site and ensuring all necessary permissions are obtained. Custom system installations are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Installation warranty covers workmanship for 30 days. Product warranties remain as per manufacturer specifications.

9. Limitation of Liability

HIGH DRIP LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of High Drip Limited or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our express written permission.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Specifically, you agree not to harass, threaten, embarrass, or cause distress to High Drip Limited staff, or provide false or inaccurate information.

12. Modifications to Terms

High Drip Limited reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
